Refund Policy:
Lake of The Ozarks Charters will make every effort to make your Charter enjoyable, maximize your time on the water and minimize fuel consumption. Should your Charter be canceled due to adverse weather, medical emergency, mechanical problems or situations beyond our control prior to the start of the Charter, a refund of all fees paid will be offered. Charter refunds may be credited to a future Charter and partial Charter cancelation fees paid will be refunded for hours unused.
Cancelation Policy:
Customer are required to request a cancellation 14 days prior to scheduled Charter date. Charter cancellation requests in less than 14 days will NOT receive a deposit refund.
